What’s New

Improved Logo Upload

  • Support for wider horizontal business logos.
  • Upload your existing logo without unnecessary cropping.

New Subheading/Tagline Field

  • A new Subheading/Tagline field has been added to the Settings page.
  • Enter your business slogan, tagline, or a short description.
  • The subheading will be displayed directly below your Shop/Business Name on printed invoices and PDF invoices.

These improvements give you more flexibility to customize your business identity and create a more professional invoice for your customers.

Invoice Printing Simplified

We’ve simplified invoice printing to provide a cleaner and more flexible experience.

What’s Changed

  • Removed the Print A4 button.
  • Removed the Print A5 button.
  • Removed the A5 PDF button.
  • Added a single Print button.

The new Print button opens your device’s standard print dialog, allowing you to print invoices in A4, A5, Letter, Legal, or any other paper size supported by your printer. Simply choose your preferred paper size from your printer settings before printing.

No Changes

The following options remain available:

  • Thermal Print
  • PDF
  • Share

This update reduces interface clutter while giving you greater flexibility to print invoices on any supported paper size.

UPI QR Code on Invoices

  • QR codes are now displayed on invoices, allowing your customers to make instant payments by scanning with any UPI app.
  • On the A4 & A5 invoices, the QR code appears on the left side of the total calculation section for easy access.
  • The QR code is displayed below the total amount on the thermal invoice.

UPI ID Configuration

  • Business owners can now add their UPI ID from the Settings page.
  • Eigi Dukan automatically generates and displays a payment QR code on invoices.

Serial Number (Sl. No.) Column

  • Added a new Sl. No. column to the invoice item list for improved organization and readability.

Authorized Signature Area

  • Added an Authorized Signature section below the total amount area on invoices.
  • Helps create more professional invoices and provides space for business authorization when required.

6×9-Inch Paper Size Support

  • Added support for printing invoices on 6×9-inch paper size.
  • Ideal for compact invoice and receipt printing.

New: Custom Business Logo & Branding available on all paid plans. Business names are now displayed fully beside the logo in the sidebar.

Medical Customer Details in Invoices

You can now record the following customer details directly from the More Details dropdown under the customer name field in the invoice form:

  • UHID
  • Age
  • Gender
  • Ordered by (doctor name)

These additions help diagnostic centres, clinics, laboratories, and other medical businesses create more complete billing records and invoices.

Business Registration Number

A new Business Registration Number field has been added to Settings.

Once configured, the registration number can be displayed automatically on invoices, helping businesses maintain a more professional and compliant invoice format.

New Help Tab

We’ve added a dedicated Help tab to the menu.

The Help section provides quick access to:

  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
  • Help Articles
  • Support Information

Users can now find assistance directly inside Eigi Dukan without leaving the software.

These updates further expand Eigi Dukan’s capabilities for retail stores, medical businesses, and service providers, while keeping billing and invoicing simple and efficient.

Enhanced Invoice Management

  • Sales Logs menu removed to simplify navigation.
  • Invoice page now serves as the central place to manage sales records.

Delivery Charge Support

  • Added Delivery Charge field to invoices.
  • Supports delivery charges with or without GST depending on invoice mode.
  • Delivery charges are displayed on customer invoices.

New Expenses Module

  • Record business operating expenses such as rent, staff salaries, courier charges, utility bills and other operating expenses.
  • Staff can add expense records.
  • Only business owners can delete expense records.

Better GST Record Keeping

  • Added success notifications when products are added, edited or deleted, providing instant confirmation that the action was completed successfully.
  • Enhanced the automatic discount percentage calculation for greater accuracy across products and invoices. We encourage all users to review their product pricing and discount information to take full advantage of these improvements.

  • Shop and business owners can now delete items directly from the Inventory Search results for faster inventory management.
  • Invoice status is now displayed below the customer name in the invoice table on mobile devices, making it easier to view important invoice information on smaller screens. This information was already available on tablet and desktop views and is now optimized for mobile as well.

We’ve made a few improvements to the Add Item form to make pricing fields clearer and easier to understand:

  • Base Price (MSRP) has been renamed to MRP
  • Cost Price (Buy) has been renamed to Cost Price
  • The Cost Price field now displays “Purchase Price” as its placeholder

Only the field names have been updated. All your existing data remains unchanged.
