You can request to delete your account at any time from within the app/software Setting section. Once you confirm the deletion request, your account will be scheduled for deletion.
(ii) 10-Days Grace Period (Recovery Window)
After you request account deletion, your account will not be permanently deleted immediately.
- Your account enters a 10-days grace period
- During this time, your data is temporarily retained but inactive
- You can restore your account at any time within these 10 days by simply logging back in
(iii) Account Restoration
If you log in again within the 10-days period:
- Your account can be restored by clicking on the restore button
- All your data (such as shop details, products, invoices, etc.) will be fully recovered
- You can continue using the app/software as before
(iv) Permanent Deletion
If you do not log in and click restore button within the 10-days grace period:
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
- This action is irreversible
- You will no longer be able to recover your account or any related data
(v) Important Notes
- The 10-days recovery period is provided as a safety feature to prevent accidental deletion
- After permanent deletion, we do not retain any recoverable copy of your data
